The Scheduling Coordinator at Duluth and Marietta facilities will oversee pre-scan checks, ensure authorizations as needed, and confirm compliant orders for timely exams.

This full-time role focuses on maximizing site efficiency, coordinating with Operations, Scheduling, and Retail Revenue teams, and maintaining clear communication across departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in medical or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with scheduling systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients pre-scan to ensure authorization is obtained and order is compliant.
• Ensure the exam is scheduled properly and optimize site schedules.
• Act as liaison between Scheduling and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
