Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate radiology procedures according to modality protocols and patient care requirements.
• Register patients and ensure accurate provider orders for medical necessity and compliance.
• Collect current medical history, labs, medications and insurance information for safe procedures.
• Educate patients on procedural preparations and post-procedure instructions.
• Provide office support and coordinate patient care, including triage, referrals and billing issues.
• Mentor new employees as requested.
