Job description

To provide patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions with a personable and professional manner. These functions include scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, insurance verification and other related duties as assigned. This work may vary in percentage of time per function, location, and schedule.

Schedule

1.0 FTE - 40 hrs/weekly: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Must be an hour within location**

Preferred Qualifications

Education

Two years post‑secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration is preferred.

• EPIC experience strongly preferred
