Responsibilities

• Greet hospital staff and patients with courteous attitude.
• Coordinate radiology procedures and scheduling with doctors' offices.
• Verify patient information, demographics, insurance and scheduling notes.
• Maintain accurate radiology schedules and communicate block times.
• Assist front desk and other departments as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
