Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and provides standard information.
• Answers routine questions about departmental activities and operations.
• Uses Radiology Information System to maintain accurate records.
• Supports scheduling, demographics, and data entry for exams.
• Greet patients and coordinate with staff at the reception desk.
