The role emphasizes patient-centered service, efficient call handling, and adherence to HIPAA and office standards. The schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays and a 40-hour work week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with rotating Saturdays.

• Schedule radiology procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Obtain and verify patient information and insurance details.
