Prime Healthcare's St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL is seeking a Radiology Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality patient care during radiology procedures.
You will collaborate with the Radiology team to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ensuring equipment readiness and regulatory compliance. The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with CRN preferred and Radiology nursing experience desirable.
Competenze
- Current and valid state RN License is required.
- BLS (AHA) certificate required upon hire and maintained.
- ACLS Certification required within 30 days of hire and maintained.
- CRN certification preferred.
- One year of acute clinical Radiology Nursing experience preferred.
- Ventilator Management experience preferred.
- Conscious Sedation Monitoring competency within 30 days of hire.
- BSN preferred.
Mansioni
- Deliver safe patient care within the nursing process in Radiology.
- Provide direct patient care and support Radiologist during procedures.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Assess room and equipment readiness and function for procedures.
- Serve as a resource to other staff and participate in department meetings.
