St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL is seeking a Radiology Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the imaging department, using the nursing process and collaborating with radiologists and a multidisciplinary team during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with CRN preferred and Ventilator Management experience advantageous. This full-time day shift offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS Certification 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN) preferred.
• One (1) year of acute clinical Radiology Nursing experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Conscious Sedation Monitoring competency within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Radiology.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice and collaborate with radiologists.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Assess procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness.
• Adhere to regulations, standards and hospital policies; participate in performance improvement and department meetings.
