Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance benefits, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for radiology services and perform general office duties.
• Verify patient information, insurance data, and financial obligations during scheduling/registration.
• Collect co-payments and coordinate with financial aid when needed.
• Explain forms and obtain signatures while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate demographic and financial data, resolve registration errors, and manage reports.
