Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform registration functions and basic office duties.
• Interview patients to gather demographics, insurance and financial data.
• Conduct initial visual assessments as patients enter the front door.
• Communicate findings to medical staff for evaluation.
• Document health information for treatments and procedures.
• Explain forms and obtain signatures where needed.
• Verify accuracy of demographic and financial registrations.
• Collect co-payments and insurance contributions as required.
• Refer self-pay patients to financial aid and self-pay staff.
• Maintain positive customer service with patients and staff.
