Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a Registered Nurse for Radiology Pre/Post to perform nursing assessments for a diverse patient population undergoing diagnostic imaging and post-procedure recovery. You'll work closely with physicians, technologists, and nurses in a dynamic environment.

Required are a nursing degree with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognition, one year of RN experience, and current RN license with BLS; BSN preferred. Full-time hours and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognition.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• BSN preferred; RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments for patients across age groups during radiology procedures.
• Care for patients receiving diagnostic imaging and post-procedure recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses and other staff in a fast-changing environment.
• Maintain flexibility for varying shifts, on-call and weekends.
• Possibly drive personal vehicle as part of duties.
• Mentor and teach junior staff as needed.
