Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Register patients and collect accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with radiology team.
• Enter accurate notes in patient records and logs.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and office organization.
• Handle cashier duties and balance cash drawer.
• Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns or complaints.
