Duly Health and Care in Hinsdale, IL seeks a Patient Care Liaison to support radiology services. This full-time role involves preparing exam rooms, assisting technologists, collecting patient history, and ensuring smooth patient flow under supervision.

You will escort patients, help with exam setup, document current medications, and coordinate with radiologists for STAT results. A high school diploma and at least one year of medical office or ambulatory care experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of healthcare or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• One-year training in medical office atmosphere is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scanning rooms for patient exams, including cleaning, stocking supplies.
• Escorts patients to scanning rooms and assists with gathering medical information.
• Assists with exams and procedures and supports workflow of technologists.
• Assist radiology staff with setup of coils, contrast preparation, and equipment.
• Document patient information, ensure safety procedures, and manage paperwork.
