Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Care Liaison in Hinsdale. This full-time role supports radiology operations, patient flow, and documentation. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with base pay in a structured benefits package.

The position emphasizes room preparation, patient information collection, and collaboration with Radiology for efficient patient care. A high school diploma and medical office experience are preferred to join a committed team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• One-year training in medical office or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares scanning rooms for patient exams, including cleaning, sterilizing, stocking supplies.
• Escorts patients to scanning rooms and collects information such as weight, height, health history, and symptoms.
• Assists with Exams and procedures and supports Radiology workflow.
• Sets up equipment and assists with contrast preparation as needed.
• Distributes exams to Radiologists and facilitates STAT reporting.
• Maintains department and patient areas in clean and safe condition.
• Documents patient information and ensures department safety procedures are followed.
