Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and collect co-pays/deductibles per insurance programs.
• Answer phones, fax, and coordinate patient information and priors.
• Coordinate patient flow and support radiology/clerical operations.
• Assist with checkout and book follow-up appointments per guidelines.
• Communicate results to outside providers per protocol.
• Protect patient PHI and adhere to HIPAA policies.
