Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN, seeks an experienced Radiology Administration leader to manage the General Radiology services and drive performance in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will oversee budgets, policy development, staffing, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Radiology Leader. Required are a bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related field with two years of leadership, or five years’ supervision in radiology operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related healthcare field with two years of healthcare leadership experience
• Or minimum of five years of full-time experience supervising radiology operations with budgeting and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and activities of general radiology services
• Provides accountability to the Radiology Leader for operating and capital budget performance
• Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and systems
• Performs hiring, orientation, counseling, evaluation and disciplinary actions as warranted
• Ensures staff are trained and developed
