Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Radiology to oversee the Department of Radiology within the medical center. You will supervise both administrative and technical services and delegate responsibilities to supervisors and coordinators to ensure efficient operation.

Key focus areas include operations management, local growth, quality metrics, people management, and network collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of acute care supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).
• Master's degree preferred (MA/MS/MBA/MPA).
• Experience with EPIC HIS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Department of Radiology within the medical center.
• Supervise administrative and technical services; delegate to supervisors and coordinators.
• Lead operations management, growth, quality metrics, and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across department operations.
