Responsibilities

Functions as the coordinator of General Radiology and General Mammography.
Prepares technologist work schedules and approves changes as needed.
Adjusts staffing assignments during shortages; manages float pool and overtime decisions.
Verifies Time and Attendance records to maintain accurate employee data.
Coordinates training of new staff and evaluates competency.
Attends Center Operations Meetings and provides input on department operations.
Oversees support staff and ensures duties are completed.
Coordinates film and report handling and related logistics.
Maintains professional communication and customer service standards.
Develops and maintains a Quality Assurance Plan.
