Job summary

Onsite Women's Health in Chicago seeks an Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 6-10 partner breast health centers, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with MQSA and ACR standards.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and requires ARRT, advanced mammography certification, 5+ years of experience, and overnight travel. Leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Advanced certification in Mammography is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Mammography.
• Must maintain CMEs as required by accreditation bodies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 6-10 partner breast health centers.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and radiology partners to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide clinical, professional and managerial guidance to the OWH team.
• Travel overnight as needed within the region.
