Job summary

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago seeks a Director of Radiology Services to provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of the Radiology department, ensuring safety for patients and staff.

You will direct all HR functions of the department, oversee training and staff competencies, manage the budget, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor departmental indicators and PI activities, and perform radiology technician duties when needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in radiologic technology from AMA-accredited program.
• AMA-accredited radiologic technology program completion.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Specialized CT or MRI training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Radiology department.
• Oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and participate in PI activities.
