Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a nurse leader to coordinate and deliver compassionate patient care. You will use the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching for patients and families.

You will communicate pertinent patient and family information to the health care team and participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals, ensuring timely implementation of effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• ED / IR / Cath Lab experience preferred
