Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program (TX BON 217.1).
• Active Texas RN license (or eligible) with NLC/BNE if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) via AHA or ARC.
• ACLS certification via AHA or ARC.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient assessments.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers patient education and discharge planning.
• Provides safe, high-quality nursing care following ANA standards and hospital policies.
