Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse must graduate from an approved nursing program and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient assessments.
• Develops and implements an individualized plan of care in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Intervenes and documents nursing actions, monitors patient responses, and communicates changes.
• Prioritizes nursing interventions based on patient condition and contributes to the care plan with timely updates.
• Adheres to hospital policies, standards of practice, and evidence‑based care models.
