Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking an Advanced Modality Supervisor to coordinate imaging operations, lead staff, and oversee scheduling and service quality across MUHA radiology facilities. You will supervise technicians, ensure compliance with ARRT licensure, and maintain BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Three to five years of work experience within the specific work area; prior three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association for the advanced modality.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical operations for imaging modalities, including equipment, personnel, scheduling, finances and customer service.
• Operate Medical Imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Provide supervision and leadership within the Radiology Department across MUHA facilities.
