• Tracks time/attendance, ensures timely orders review and accurate documentation.
• Monitors supplies and staffing according to patient volumes.
• Participates in department meetings and accreditation processes.
• Provides on-the-job training and feedback to staff.
• Helps achieve departmental financial targets by reducing waste.
