Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Radiology Manager for the Comprehensive Breast Center in Oklahoma City. This full-time day shift role leads radiology services, staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance to meet Joint Commission standards.

The position requires 5 years in radiography with CT experience and relevant certifications; a management degree is preferred. Expect after-hours work and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of radiography and patient care experience required.
• CT experience preferred; supervisory experience beneficial.
• Child-level licensure/certifications per ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB guidance and BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department staff including hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct long-range planning: budgeting, projects, tech, facility design, space utilization.
• Direct quality of care through an ongoing Quality Assurance program.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, NRC and other agencies.
• Plan major equipment replacement and capital improvements.
• Maintain procedures and staffing manuals; communicate policies.
• Work may require after hours, weekends; travel risks and health hazards possible.
