INTEGRIS Health is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee staffing, supervise technical staff, and ensure high-quality radiology services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist and 2 years of supervisory experience, with ARRT-RADIOGRAPHY and BLS certifications. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• ARRT-R (ARRT-RADIOGRAPHY) required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing levels for assigned units and adjusts for absenteeism and workload.
• Supervises technical staff; provides input for annual performance evaluations; recommends promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Troubleshoots and resolves errors in Radiology reports and patient exam orders; corrects orders as needed.
• Ensures radiographs meet department standards; coordinates repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Provides leadership in Patient and Physician Satisfaction.
• Assists in new hire interviews and selection in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Chief Tech.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and oversees proper staffing levels for the areas of assigned supervision and makes adjustments as required for absenteeism, vacation and workload variables.
• Supervises the technical staff and provides input, when asked, for annual performance evaluations of assigned staff; recommends promotions, disciplinary measures and other administrative actions.
• Troubleshoots and resolves errors in Radiology reports and patient exam orders, correcting orders when necessary.
• Ensures the quality of the radiographs presented to the Radiologists meet the standards set forth by the Radiology Department; coordinates the repair of malfunctioning equipment and maintenance within the department.
• Will provide leadership in the area of Patient and Physician Satisfaction.
• With the approval of the Operations Manager and Chief Tech, will provide input on new employee selection and will assist in interviews when dealing with hires in their area of supervision.
