Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology - IR Tech to work in Washington, DC on a 13-week assignment. This day‑shift role features 10‑hour shifts and requires a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Interventional Radiology technologist, plus a current state license.

You will assist physicians during interventional procedures, perform radiologic examinations, administer isotope dosages per protocol, and observe patients for changes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of radiology experience.
  • Current state license required.
  • BLS certification and ARRT license required.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
  • Current state Clienttion Quality Standards certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for radiological functions for interventional procedures.
  • Assists physicians in interventional procedures.
  • Provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
  • Administers and records isotope dosage per protocol.
  • Observes patients during procedures and reports abnormal activity.

Education
