Description:This position is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist.The schedule consists of variable days of the week, including weekends.Shifts may have variable start times between 0700 - 1900, with occasional 1100 starts.Schedules are posted in advance on the 15th of every month.The position includes 3 - 5 on-call shifts per month.The daily caseload consists of 4 Angio Suites and 2 Operating Rooms.Experience in neuro interventions, cardiac interventions, and vascular procedures is preferred.The role includes accessing and managing ports, angioplasty, and catheter placement.The technologist will assist with various diagnostic and interventional procedures.The facility employs a total of 500 staffed beds.Epic is the electronic charting system utilized.Candidates may float within their scope to meet facility needs.Weekend work is required as part of the scheduling rotation.Call shifts will be 4 - 5 times monthly, including one full weekend a month.
