Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an MGB Radiology GME Program Specialist to support and train fellowship coordinators across Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. The role encompasses program administration, onboarding, and cross-campus coordination.

Primarily on-site with a remote day per week after 90 days, the position reports to the Fellowship Programs Manager and collaborates with an Education Director and a team of eight administrators dedicated to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Three+ years in graduate medical education.
• Working knowledge of ACGME accreditation and GME processes (ADS) and NST requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with New Innovations (personnel data, checklists, evaluations, reporting).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills across teams and campuses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for fellowship coordinators across campuses.
• Provide real-time, hands-on support for coordinators during their work.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and documentation; update as requirements change.
• Coordinate ABR 4-Year IMG Pathway applications and manage training verification requests.
• Assist with New Innovations platform management and broader radiology education initiatives.
