Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Radiology GME Program Specialist to support fellowship programs across Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Mass Eye and Ear. The role focuses on training division administrators, standardizing workflows, and helping develop an MGB Radiology Alumni Society.

The position is primarily on-site with a 90-day orientation, then one remote day per week. Reports to the Fellowship Programs Manager within the Education team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency with New Innovations, including personnel data, checklists, evaluations, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and campuses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training for fellowship coordinators across both campuses.
• Provide hands-on, real-time support as coordinators perform their work.
• Help create and maintain how-to documentation, SOPs, and job aids, keeping them current as systems and requirements change.
• Serve as a consistent point of expertise and escalation for coordinator questions.
• Coordinate the ABR 4-Year IMG Pathway, including application tracking and compliance monitoring.
• Manage training verification requests for former radiology trainees.
• Assist with New Trainee Orientation across campuses, including logistics, communications, agenda coordination, presenter liaising, Zoom setup, and recording management.
• Provide administrative support to Radiology Fellowship and Residency programs across campuses.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes for radiology trainees.
• Help with New Innovations platform management and other program administration tasks.
• Contribute to other radiology education initiatives and special projects.
