Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Radiology GME Program Specialist to support fellowship programs across Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and MEEI. You will train division administrators and help streamline education processes while contributing to the MGB Radiology Alumni Society.

The role is primarily on-site, reporting to the Fellowship Programs Manager and collaborating with a team of eight administrators across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years in graduate medical education with knowledge of ACGME processes.
• Advanced proficiency with New Innovations and ADS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for fellowship coordinators.
• Provide real-time, hands-on support and document procedures.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and job aids across sites.
• Escalate coordinator questions and serve as a subject-matter expert.
• Coordinate ABR pathway, trainee verification, and orientation logistics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
