Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Orlando, FL, for a per diem role. You will greet patients, register them, schedule imaging, verify insurance, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities span registration, scheduling, and insurance pre-certifications, with an emphasis on service orientation, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls efficiently to Center Team Members.
• Register patients and relay messages regarding scanner status.
• Schedule imaging appointments and manage referrals and authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations for exams.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
