Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet and registration patients, answer calls, and schedule imaging appointments. This casual/temporary role covers 7:30am–4:45pm as needed, with potential for growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include registering patients, handling payments, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring a smooth front-desk workflow while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls efficiently and kindly; relay messages to Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients awaiting exams; relay scanner status and clinic information.
• Maintain front office lobby organization; assist with general office cleanup and supplies.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces; complete appointment confirmations and prep instructions.
