RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our Indianapolis center on a temporary/PRN basis. You will greet patients, register them for imaging services, answer phones, and assist with scheduling while maintaining a cheerful, professional environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. This role offers a DailyPay option and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Register patients and coordinate with imaging staff for scheduling.
• Assist with office cleanup and maintain lobby organization.
