Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team on a temporary/PRN basis. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance verification and billing tasks in a fast-paced imaging center.

This role supports patient flow, coordinates with referring physicians, and ensures a positive, professional patient experience. Prior customer service and basic MS Office skills are preferred; healthcare office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging services and collect copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to the Center Team Members.
• Schedule exams, referrals, and enter orders; maintain patient database.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certifications for patient exams.
• Provide preparation instructions to patients and relay scanner status information.
