Responsabilidades

• Answers, screens, and processes incoming calls professionally.
• Greets patients and schedules, checks in, and cancels appointments for multiple providers.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance data at scheduling and check-in.
• Follows department guidelines and uses scheduling criteria.
• Uses scripts and decision trees to determine appointment type and urgency.
• Sends accurate communications to physicians or other providers.
• Maintains calm and diffuses challenging situations; seeks supervisor when needed.
