Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls; manage appointment scheduling and changes.
• Provide patient orientation and directions to facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information in line with policy.
