ImageCare Radiology in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our outpatient imaging team. All new hires attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive location before reporting to Morristown.

The role involves answering calls, scheduling tests, collecting insurance information, and assisting patients while ensuring PHI is protected in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Able to handle patient payments and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and internal phone calls and take messages.
• Schedule patient appointments for tests with other clinic professionals.
• Assist patients and visitors with directions and questions.
• Collect insurance information, verify and copy cards; update addresses.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage delays.
