You will verify insurance, collect co-pays, handle calls, and coordinate with back-office staff to support timely patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service at a front desk.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and complete documentation.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; confirm and notify staff of changes.
• Provide directions and orientation for preparing for procedures.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely care.
• Safeguard patient privacy and on-site medications according to policy.
