Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Front Office Associate for a full-time role with a $19.00-$25.00 hourly pay range and DailyPay availability. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with imaging staff in a cheerful, professional manner.

Shift: Mon-Thu 1:30pm-10:00pm, Fri 11:30am-8:00pm. Primary duties include registration, scheduling, insurance verification and pre-certifications, collecting copays, and maintaining patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members in a friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
