Qualifications

Description:The position is for an EP Technologist in an Electrophysiology Lab.This role involves conducting catheterization and peripheral procedures.The unit has 7 suites holding rooms and 2 cath labs.There is a team-based approach with a 3-man team consisting of 2 RN and 1 tech.Completion of various cardiac procedures including peripheral, cardiac cath, PCI, and device placements is required.The average number of cases per day ranges from 2 to 9.Familiarity with Acist injectors is preferred, but training can be provided.There is a call requirement which includes weekends.Scrubs are provided, and color-coding is designated for different staff roles.The team collaborates closely with pharmacy services available 24/7.Floating to non-invasive areas may occur at times.This position requires a commitment to quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.
