Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced Radiology - EP Tech for a 13-week assignment in Baton Rouge, LA. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in the Cath Lab, state licensure, and current ACLS, BLS, and ARRT(R) certifications.

You will perform EP and interventional radiology procedures, handle implants, and work with a high‑caliber team focused on patient-first care. The position involves cross-positioning in the lab, with potential emergency standby and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in embolization, coiling, ablations and implants (ports, pacemakers, ICDs).
• Skilled with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotablator, laser and thrombectomy devices.
• Experienced in STEMI care with focus on time-to-balloon (<60 minutes).
• Capable of performing peripheral and EP catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cross-positioning responsibilities within the cath lab.
• May be assigned to stay at facility during emergencies or join relief team.
• Perform advanced cardiac, peripheral, vascular, EP and interventional radiology procedures.
• Work with highly efficient teams focused on patient-first care.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab (no first-time travelers).

License: State license required (temporary license takes 14 days; must apply within 48 hours of signing).

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R).

Description:This role includes cross-positioning responsibilities.Upon accepting an assignment, there may be an expectation to remain at the facility during emergency events or be part of the relief team.Specific details regarding compensation for emergency events will be provided as needed.Candidates must be comfortable with participating in emergency situations if required.The lab performs advanced cardiac, peripheral, vascular, EP, and interventional radiology procedures.The facility is equipped with advanced technology.Candidates will be working with highly efficient teams focused on patient-first care.Strong teamwork and a commitment to sharing expertise and supporting colleagues are essential.Candidates must be able to work independently and confidently in all CCL procedures.Workload includes an average daily census of 6 with weekend coverage every other weekend and on-call responsibilities.Candidates should maintain a patient-first mindset and be willing to assist others by sharing knowledge.Must be comfortable functioning independently while expertly performing all skills related to catheterization lab procedures.
