Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Cath Lab Tech to join a 13-week assignment in radiology/cardiology. You will prepare patients, assist the team during complex cardiac interventions, and help maintain sterile fields and patient vitals in the cath lab.

This role follows a day shift schedule of 4x10 hours with on-call coverage. A minimum of 2 years' cath lab experience, RCIS certification, and current BLS/ACLS are required to ensure patient safety and smooth procedure flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description:The Cath Lab Tech will provide technical support in a variety of procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab.This role involves preparing patients for their procedures and assisting the team with various cardiac interventions.On-call coverage is required, with an average of 12-14 days of call per 42 calendar days.Weekend on-call is required for only one weekend a month, in addition to five weekdays per month.Procedures include TAVRs, impella placements, watchman procedures, carotid interventions, and both left and right heart catheterizations.The work atmosphere emphasizes teamwork and collaboration.This position will require maintaining a sterile field and ensuring accurate monitoring of patient vitals during procedures.Familiarity with devices such as IABP and various vascular closure systems is essential.The ability to perform complex tasks while recognizing life‑threatening arrhythmias is crucial.Experience with Epic charting is preferred but not mandatory.
