Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Typing ability and basic computer skills required.
• One year administrative experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training completion within 3 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Checks in each patient and announces arrival to the appropriate area of the hospital.
• Completes patient registration as needed.
• Schedule: 4 Hour shifts.
• Operates PC, fax machine, copy machine and other office equipment as necessary.
• Demonstrates proper phone etiquette and usage of computers for data entry and charting.
• Checks surgery and imaging records for completeness and follows up with staff.

Ausbildung

High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency

Typing ability and basic computer skills

One-year administrative experience preferred

Medical terminology preferred

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire
