Qualifications

• Typing ability and basic computer skills required.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and check in arrivals.
• Check in and register patients as needed.
• Announce patient arrival to the appropriate area.
• Serve as liaison for patients and families in waiting rooms.
• Ensure accurate collection of patient demographics and insurance information.
• Escort/transport patients as needed.
• Manage office supply inventory.
