• Assist with patient throughput
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers, anticipate needs, and collaborate to provide the best patient experience
• Answer telephones, screen and route calls to proper location
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Provide wheelchair assistance as needed
• Ability to multi-task effectively

• Adhere to MHS policies and confidentiality of patient and business information
