Description:The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures.The average daily census is approximately 20 patients.There are 16 rooms available for procedures.Must maintain current certifications and licenses.Weekend coverage is required, every other weekend.Call may be required to fit departmental needs.Clinician may float to meet facility needs between multiple sites.Strong skills in 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction are necessary.Experience with GE systems and PACS is essential.The candidate must be able to work with various patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Adherence to isolation precautions and preparation protocols is imperative.Starting peripheral IVs and possessing excellent communication skills are critical for this role.The candidate must have a strong understanding of radiation safety practices.Experience with emergency procedures and trauma cases is beneficial.
