Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise daily imaging operations across Urgent Care. You will oversee workflow, ensure quality control, and mentor staff and students in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with clinics to maintain up-to-date practices. A strong lead with technical expertise and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT, RDMS, NMTCB, etc.)
• 1–3 years leadership experience including coaching staff and scheduling
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated technical excellence across two or more imaging modalities
• Strong communication and teamwork across health care staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily imaging operations and quality control
• Mentor staff and students, provide coaching and problem solving
• Perform regular QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance
• Conduct QA checks for technicians and address errors or incidents
• Serve as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics to ensure up-to-date practice
• Perform wide range of imaging procedures and model professional behavior
