Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise and coordinate daily imaging services within Urgent Care. You will oversee workflow, patient care, QA/QC checks, and staff mentoring, ensuring high service quality.

You will liaise between Radiology and Urgent Care teams, perform a range of imaging procedures, and promote teamwork while handling multiple tasks with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care essential to imaging procedures.
• Mentor staff and students; provide problem solving guidance.
• Perform regular QC and coordinate machine maintenance.
• Coordinate QA checks and provide coaching as needed.
• Act as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics.
• Perform imaging procedures and model good teamwork.
